APA Panama food agency is a now a reality.
At PROPANAMA we ask ourselves what we should expect from Law No. 164, which eliminates Aupsa and creates the APA.
For now, we can just wait.
What we want is that the transparency of the processes be guaranteed and finally the bases of a regulation are laid for the different legal procedures established by the new law and that procedures be established that generate confidence in the national trade, the productive sector, the investors who want to invest in Panama and, most importantly, Panamanian consumers.
